4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 555ph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). We do not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is applied to your balance.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your 555ph account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. This includes completing identity verification and any required KYC steps.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed during the withdrawal process.

• 555ph reserves the right to delay or hold a withdrawal for additional verification if unusual activity is detected on your account.

All withdrawals are paid out in Philippine Peso (PHP) to a local Philippine bank account or supported e-wallet.

6 Gameplay and Betting

555ph offers a range of game types including sports betting, live casino, eBingo, slots, and other games available in the Game Lobby. Each game and betting market operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game or betting interface.

Once a bet is confirmed or a game round is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. It is your responsibility to review your selections before confirming any wager.

10 Account Termination

You may close your 555ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to identity verification.

555ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion if:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected on the account.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period without prior notice.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory obligation.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms breach, 555ph may withhold account balances pending a full investigation. We will communicate the outcome to you through your registered contact details.

11 Limitation of Liability

555ph provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a stable and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or missed betting opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your own failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of 555ph.
